When I purchased this product it arrived much sooner than expected and found it to be exactly as described. I am very pleased. This tea doesn't require sugar, it tastes great plain. If you like green tea, you'll like this one too. I use 2 bags and make a great big pitcher and drink it like if it was water all day long. I used this product since before I moved to USA. And it help me a lot, since I have problem going to the bathroom. I found this product again, by accident a year ago at a local grocery store. And it's cheaper too.
So, any of you who buy this product online, if you want to save money on the shipping cost, go to local Asian grocery store. You will find it there on the herbal tea isle. Since many Asian women are taking this tea. It's $2.54/box ussualy. Hope this help.

Rating: - Greatest stuff on earth
This Ballerina Tea is great! I've been drinking it for a few months now. At least once a week I drink a cup before bed, when i get up in the morning I go to the bathroom a few times before work. You really have to make sure a bathroom is around for the first few hours that this tea takes affect. It does not give me cramps at all. I only have good things to say about this tea. After its done working for the morning I feel full of energy and no longer bloated. I highly recommend it!!!!

I've used the extra strength before and it gave me really bad cramps. The regular works just as good without the cramps. The regular allows you to maintain your daily activities without the fear of being too far from a restroom. Will never go back to extra strength!
