I have high arches and needed insoles for my converse sneakers. After a day of walking in New York City, my feet were really sore especially my arches. I quickly went into a drug store and bought the product I should've bought originally, the Dr. Scholes arch inserts. I now use these inside my Puma Mostro sneakers, which are snugger than my Converse shoes, and they seem to work better. So it seems like these work best on snug shoes.

Some years ago, I purchased a pair of hiker shoe/boots that had a natural orthotic sole which somehow found it's way into the design. Next thing I know, I'm standing up perfectly straight and after a few weeks my slouch is gone. They also relieved stress and strain on my feet, legs and back.
