Don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. I've had a pair of these in my shoes for over a year and have never had any of the problems he's describing. They're great.

I feel really weird doing a review for such a product, but I have to mention it. These things are simply just TERRIBLE, and I regret having pent money on them! They DO NOT help make your walking around more comfortable and they actually make it harder to walk when you have them on. They never stay in place, even though the ones I had were the exact size as my foot, and they easily curl up inside your shoes, meaning that while walking, you have to use your foot to adjust them back to being flat.
