Rating:  - Doesn't work unless you take a lot!
This stuff is a waste of money unless you're getting for your kids. If you're an adult. I strongly encourage you to consider something else! I'm using Gingko Smart, it works so much better, and is cheaper! Check it out!

Rating: - Not for me.
I've seen very little improvement since I began using this product. I wouldn't recommend it. In comparrison to perscription meds, this doesn't really seem to do much to improve my abilities to be more attentive or remember things, which the "Extress" also doesn't seem to do much to help with either. Unless I change my mind and decide to order it one last time, this one didn't seem to do much to help me.

Wow, we started giving our son the strategy pack about 3 weeks ago. After about 2 weeks we began noticing a significant difference in his behavior. He had been taking prescription medication for his ADHD for a few months, with very minimal effect. He is 6 years old and in kindergarten. His behavior in school and at home has improved so much compared to the prescription meds. We are so happy and excited to see if he continues to mellow out even more as time goes on.
