These teas are excellent if you want to lose weight immediately. I recommend that for the first use, make sure you plan on being home. Your system will need some time to adjust. After the third use, I watered down the tea so the dose would not hit me so hard. The first day could possibly give you cramps, but the tea will definitely clean you out and flatten your waistline.
