Rating:  - Picture was a tad deceptive.
It's beautiful, I'll give it that, but the picture doesn't really show the fact that the thing is almost sheer even with the second layer, and the straps are very thin and beaded. They roll constantly, chafe the skin and, while pretty, are a nuisance. I end up looking like a tart when I wear it without a sweater or the like. If you WANT to look like you should be standing on a street corner in short shorts and too much makeup, this is the shirt for you.

The delivery time was standard on this blouse and when it arrived it was what I expected...very pretty, delicate and comfy looking BUT I ordered a 2X and I couldn't even get it past my shoulders! It ran so small, I compared it to other items and it was actually a regular Large size. I have several orders from Pacificplex and they all run VERY small. I will be returning this item for a refund and not ordering from this company again.
