My husband could reach his fingers easily around this and close it, I could not. So I took two hands and closed it enough so that my one hand could grasp it, and then flexed it. After only a few flexes, my hand began to really hurt. Long story short, I developed trigger thumb from this, and had to have an injection in my thumb. My grip is worse, and I am having trouble even opening a bottle of water or turning the key in the ignition of our car. My husband's thumb is also hurting, but he hasn't ... Read More

I have wanted to get one of these for many years. Now that I have one, I keep it with me all the time.
It is very easy and convenient to use. My hand strength has increase significantly.

Excellent buy, perfect for a mini-workout while at the office. I'd highly recommend it for anyone interested in improving their grip (rock-climbers) or working out their inner forearms. Also a great stress-reliever, but it has a strong tension in the spring, so be prepared! :-)
