Rating:  - Takes off mascara too!
If you're pressed for time and want 1 step instead of two, you should use this cleanser. It literally eliminates all of your makeup - including mascara. No more raccoon eyes. :-) It leaves your skin soft too - not tight and dry. It's the only cleanser I buy. I hope they never discontinue it!

But when I was at the Fresh store and the saleswoman had me sample this product, I was thrilled. I don't usually spend tons of money on products, but she assured me that the tube goes a very long way, and that you only need a small amount on your fingertips. I was inspired to buy a tube for myself and a tube for my cousin as a birthday gift. Rating:  - Only works for sensitive/dry skin
I have combination skin and used this product only about 3 days before my oilier areas completely broke out. I've noticed all the rave reviews are from people will sensitive or dry skin. On my drier areas the cleanser worked great- but this is not a good cleanser for normal, oily, or combination skin.
(Tangent: I recommend PeterThomasRoth Combination Skin Cleansing Gel for anyone with combination skin. I've never found anything that strikes such a great balance.)

I have been using the lip balm for a while and came across a Fresh store ... I went in to kill some time and came out with products that have made me like my skin again! I have sensitive skin and I'm prone to rashes and bumps - not with this product. My skin looks and feels more hydrated, soft, smooth and very even. No more worry about dry patches and discoloration.

Rating: - The best face cleanser I've found
My skin is very sensitive and my face breaks out in little bumps if I use anything that leaves a residue. I've used Cetaphil soap for years but it doesn't get all of my eye makeup off. I bought this on impulse and it's the best face cleanser I've ever found. It doesn't dry my skin at all, and removes every speck of makeup. I think the soy also evens out my skin tone.
