Rating: - Classic perfume!
I have loved this perfume for a long time. It is elegant and tuberosy... am delighted that I can now buy it with ease on line.... the travel version is very practical.
Rating: - A Floral with Oomph
In "Sunset Boulevard," William Holden's character mentions that Gloria Swanson's character smells like "tube roses" and that he doesn't much like it. Hey--what did HE know? Anyway, it is "tuberose," not "tube roses." Since the scent debuted in 1948, it could have been Fracas. There's more going on in Fracas than just the tuberose, but that is the dominant note to my nose. This perfume lasts, too.

Rating: - My all time favorite fragrance
The only way to describe this is classy. A lot of fragrances can smell cheap, or too sweet, and this one doesn't. It is honestly the best fragrance that I have found, and it is versitile enough to wear it in all situations.
