I bought the Nasal Irrigator (or "nose plunger" as I've come to call it) to deal with some issues from seasonal allergies. Rating: - Nasaline Rinse Helps Me Breath Easier
I have a deviated septum and was always troubled with stuffed nasal passages. I usually clear my nose during my morning shower. Now I use the Nasaline rinse system at night. It let me breath easier when I sleep and my wife says that my snoring is also reduced.

I love this thing ! No worry of breaking it while traveling, unlike the Neti Pot which is made of ceramic. It also comes in smaller sizes for children. Because it is syringe style you have more control over how much or little force you want to use to irrigate the sinuses.

This product is great. It has helped tremendously with my sinuses during the spring. It is extremely easy and quick to use. I can't imagine why anyone would waste their time with a neti pot when this is available. And, I use it with just regular salt of the store shelf. Works fine. I'm saving the little packets for when I travel. My only advice is to work to make sure the water temperature is right when you use it.
