There was no issues with shipping or receiving the product. I wore the product for 4 weeks and have come to the conclusion that it does not work in relieving pain.
Rating:  - Gets the Job Done
I've tried many arm bands over the years and this is the best one I've come across. It's a heavy duty arm band with an excellent velcro fastner that doesn't rip off no matter how strenuously I exercise. My only criticism is that the outer fastner is slightly too big and pinched my arm. It's easily resolved by trimming it. My chronic tennis elbow problems have gone away.
