I have been using this product for over 5 years and it is the only cream hair remover that I have found that works. I have stubborn thick facial hair on my chin and neck.This product is stronger than many of the hair removal products that I have used from average drugstore (Nair, SurgiCream, etc.) The key is to follow the directions on the tube - moisten the hair to be removed, pat dry, apply cream - DO NOT RUB IN - leave on for recommended timing listed (I have stubborn hair so I need 8-10 minutes). ...
