American Apparel makes an excellent short sleeved polo shirt! The stitching is really quite good--in fact, it's very well done. The shirt is great for everyday sharp dressing for us gents; but as Amazon notes it can be worn by women as well. Nobody notices anything! In addition, the shirt pocket is helpful if you want to carry a pen or some notes with you when you're "on the go."

I purchased one, loved it, bought four more. I think I might buy a couple more colors. I wash it & hang it immediately, noticed no shrinking. The medium fits like a medium is supposed to fit - snugly and comfortably. And for 17 bucks, it's a steal.
