My head. What was wrong with my head??? I say this because I never had problems with dandruff until my late twenties, when all of a sudden my skin started flaking off when touched. My eyebrows, my scalp, and even my ears! Friends would make fun of my ears and say I have wax in them, but it was really just loose skin flakes.

This shampoo does exactly what it promises to do. It has been the only thing to cure me of my excessive dandruff and scaling. I saw immediate results after only one application. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is that this product can be extremely drying and damaging to African-American hair (as are most medicated shampoos). I have recently purchased this product because I have had dandruff issues for several years and purchased countless products and none seem to work very well. Nizoral worked to some extent, it stopped my itching but still lift my scalp pretty dry. About 1 week after using this product I started having dizzy spells and slight nausea. I have been looking for a Dandruff Shampoo that would help out for the last 10 years. Head & Shoulders would make it worse and all of the other brands the same.
I happened to see this shampoo on another site and heard good reviews.

Surprised this stuff does not get more hype. I Had severe flaking for years and tried almost every dry scalp/dandruff product out there. This is the only thing that worked and it works like a charm. Noticeable difference after first application. Symptoms completely gone after a couple of days. This stuff is this shizzle.
