Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Compare with Little Giant Ladders, Werner wins
I defy most anyone to tell the difference, if indeed there are any significant differences -- I can't find them -- between Little Giant brand ladders and Werner. Where you will find the difference is at the check out cash register. Werner is half the price. Oops sorry: I meant less than half the price. This is a great ladder, with its versatility, flexibility, and robust strength. Well designed. Stores in a small space too.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great product

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Costco is out
I was at my at my local Costco store last night looking for one of these ladders, I only could find one abandoned in the back, the service desk told me this the last one they have and it is a return, but this item is deleted from their inventroy and no longer will be carried by Costco, ( pattent problem ?) she searched the other stores in state and could not find one, so I grabbed the one they had, and I am glad I did. this ladder is solid as a rock and a winner. Sorry I can not tell you about the ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Toolman
I purchased this ladder for the capability to use it in a tall stairway, and for the use with scafolding. I have the same looking scafolding as in the picture on the sale page, however the ladder rails are 1/4" too narrow, so it won't work. The extra braces for setting up the scafolding with the ladder part that separates from the main ladder won't stay in the groove of the rail. They're not made very well to fit where they should, and I shouldn't have to modify them to make it work. On a positive ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - No work platform?
From all the reviews I have read here this ladder looks like the one for me. One thing I have not seen in the reviews is the work platform that comes with the Werner MT17 offered from Q.V.C. for $172.68 + $23.72 S&H. I would think a work platform would cost about $40.00 if purchased as an accessory which Amazon does not offer. And the reviews form the people purchasing this ladder from Costco did not mention anything about a work platforn included. So this ladder from Amazon is not a great buy if ... Read More
