I have become addicted to using cubes of A la Perruche brown sugar cane cubes in my tea. I use gourmet teas and am very senstive about the flavor. A la Perruche improves the flavor of the kinds of teas I like to drink---- black teas wthout strong, dusky flavors. Darjeeling tea. I highly recommend it.
