Polartec pants are perhaps the most comfortable winter wear you can own. With a polartec jacket, you are ready to go walking out in some of the coldest weather. A quick rain or snow isn't going to phase them and the finish helps water bead up and the fabric also dries quickly.
The hemmed cuff is more comfortable then the elastic one. Comfortable elastic waist. Highly recommended. Buy at least two pairs so when you are washing one, you have one to wear. These are so comfortable.
