This being my first purchase on the internet, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process turned out.The ratchets arrived within 5 days of ordering accompanied by my receipt,shipping information,and a catalogue.Running conduit demands that I use my ratchets hard and often yet I've never encountered any problems with these ratchets which is a rarity concerning tools in construction.
