Rating:  - Nice product
This is a durable exercise rope, however it does not give a huge amount of resistance. If you are really going for sculpt and bulk get free weights.

The only problem that I have with the product is it doesn't seem like it will hold up very long. I guess that is my own mistake I should have bought the Very Heavy resistance.

nice band, heat makes them weak, and standing on the band wears them out. I've snapped 4 bands already.

The item was exactly what I wanted and ordered. They were shipped in a very timely manner and I received them exactaly when I was told they would be here.
Rating: - Great Alternative
At home a Total Gym is part of my exercise routine, however that is just a little large to take with me when traveling. Throw these puppies in the suitcase and get much the same resistance type of exercise to maintain condition while on the road.
