This exercise band has really good resistance. It's strong enough to use for a chest workout which most other bands aren't. Recommended.
Rating:  - The band works much better than I thought...but missing the door attachment.
I would have given this product a 5 star if it wasnt for the missing door attachment that never came with my order.
I was pleasantly surprised at the resistance this purple band gives me.
If you cannot lift 15-20 pounds with freeweights comfortably, I recommend you get a resistance a bit lower than this one.
I plan on taking this with me on every business/or personal trips to get my daily exercise routines in.

Rating: - Great exercise tube
The xertube can give you a wide range of exercise to do (if you know what you're doing) I have the purple one. I use leg and arm weights with it for a tighter and toner body, and it worked wonders for me.
I'd recommend it to anyone who don't want to have big and heavy equipment that takes up a lot of room.
Rating:  - Nice product
This is a durable exercise rope, however it does not give a huge amount of resistance. If you are really going for sculpt and bulk get free weights.

The only problem that I have with the product is it doesn't seem like it will hold up very long. I guess that is my own mistake I should have bought the Very Heavy resistance.
