Ikki still needs a few more points to secure his place in the World Robattle Tournament, and he only has three hours left to gain them. But the Rubberobo Gang has kidnapped his mother in an effort to lure Ikki into a trap where they can steal Metabee's medal! Ikki and Metabee set aside their dreams of being in the Tournament and rush to the rescue. However, when they reach the hideout, they discover there's an even more sinister plan behind the kidnapping.
