I bought this on Amazon when it was going for $18+, as of right now, its just over $12, which is probably cheaper than in stores...that is if you can find it in store.
This is the only kind of chapstick I've used for years. Take it from an upstate new yorker, this thing works and not just on your lips either, dry-skin and so on. It just cools your lips and skin and you can feel it. The smell is nice, as in, no headachly smell.

My doctor suggested I check my blood pressure frequently and this unit sure does the trick. It works better than the wrist type I had previously and seems to be pretty accurate. Plus the memory makes it easy for me to keep track over a period of time and report the results to my doctor.
