I started using Nasal Crom three years ago. I have not had even one cold or one sinus flare-up since beginning Nasal Crom.
Although you can use it up to 3 or 4 times a day, I use it just once every day. I recommend it to everyone who wants to quit suffering from colds and allergies. IT REALLY WORKS!

NasalCrom is by far the best medicine for allergy relief ever. It has several great features including being non-drowsy, non-addictive and effective upon first use (unlike prescription hormone sprays that take several days use before kicking in).
