Mozart is my most favorite composer, Perlman my most favorite violinist, and Barenboim my second most favoriate pianist (Vladimir Ashkenazy being my first). When you have all three together, even more spendid!
I also recommend Barenboim's Mozart Piano Sonotas. I personally think it is the best Mozart Piano Sonata set out there.
Rating: - High praise for Perlman and Barinboim
Best four CD's in my collection. Great material and wonderful performanc.!
Rating: - Mozart at its best
This CD is an excellent introduction to Mozart's violin sonata's. Both artists are superb and play so very well together. I would highly recommend it.
