This gem of a movie was adapted from a novel by Minette Walters. It stars Clive Owens as the down-on-his luck reporter who is given the case of a homeless man who apparently committed suicide in the garage of a infamous widow (Joely Richardson). The sexual undercurrents between these two are fascinating to watch. In fact, the whole movie is fascinating to watch.
