Wether in War Time or in Peace this movie shows just what Australian men do best which is drink beer and talk a lot of bullstuff. This movie could be set in an Aussie Pub because this basic behaviour doesn't change regardless of the location.There is also a War going on in this movie but that still doesn't stop these Aussie Blokes talking about women,alcohol, the footy and looking for a good location to "have a barbie" which is a cookout not the female doll.All these soldiers need is an "exotic ... By the time I saw this movie, I had already been a soldier with many years and a few operations under my belt. I found this movie, (which is based upon the Australian contribution to the Viet Nam War (Special Air Service)), to be the most realistic portrayal of a soldier's life on "the pointy end" in such operations.
