Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This VCR Video Tape has the Legendary "Suck-o-Matic" Episode
Usually I don't write about kids' TV shows, leaving such matters to my betters, ten year olds, but this dropped and unavailable show about a transplanted wallaby named Rocko living in American suburbia deserves more of a chance. Everyone who likes Rocko's show wonders why it's not available on DVD. (The same purgatory seems in place for Dexter's Lab.) The Cartoon powers apparently have decided thumbs down on poor Rocko, and obstinately refuse to release a DVD of Rocko and friends. Whatever their ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Superior stories, inferior format
These are cartoons for grownups as well as kids. They're weird, they're fun, they're smart, and our hero Rocko is such a decent guy.

I've given Rocko's "Machine Madness" collection 4, rather than 5 stars not because the stories are lacking - they're all wonderful - but for corn's sake, why is this still only available on VHS?

I love Rocko and his friends! Why are they not available on DVD? Why oh why?

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Rocko!!!
I'm not going to recap any of the episodes or anything, but before you click the "No" button on helpfulness, here's a link for all you hardcore Rocko fans: www.petitionspot.com/petitions/TripleM
Just take 5 minutes to sign in and sign the petition!!! I'm not sure how far this is going, but the more signatures, the better the chance that a DVD set will come out!!! Better than sitting here and commenting on how Nick has yet to put Rocko out on DVD.

For all the people simply stumbling ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Rocko's Legend Lives on... But not on DVD ???
Sitting here reading all these comments of love & praise about this classic, light years ahead of it's time cartoon, Only makes me wonder more as to why there still isn't a DVD box set out there or here ? available ? Is there some sort of artistic issue or more likely a $ issue holding things up in some nasty court battle ??? If so... Get over it !!!
Rocko is one of my all time favorite cartoons too and seeing that there are so many others like myself out there covering a vast range of ages, ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Origanal. Should be back on Nickelodeon, Not a rare channel.
Rocko's Modern Life was a good show. It's aring time was before I was born (1993-1995). They had reruns on Nickelodeon in 1996-2001. 2002 was a horrible year for Rocko. The show got banned from Nick and got on a cable channel unfortunerly I can't get on my cable box. I watch it sometimes on my cousin's cable box. If Nick dosen't get it back on it's origanal channel, probaly I have to get this. Since I don't have a working VHS player, I will force the Viacom Company to remake it to a DVD and Blu-Ray Disc ...
