it is about a creatre man that like so dive, he is all crazed up he dives in the atlanta ocean and find souls there. The dubbing is so bad but that is what makes it good i love this movie even though it is about deep sea exploration!

Rating: - Great Serious Cyberpunk Anime!
Psycho Diver is a great anime about psychological conditions and psychic powers in a cyberpunk setting. The characters all change and show their true agendas as the plot rolls out. A serious anime, there is little (none, really) comedy... but that sure doesn't hurt this spectacular movie in any way!
