Barney's friend Mr. Tenagain comes to visit the children. Mr. Tenagain helps them learn to count. His favorite number is 10. Min counts by playing hopscotch, Michael counts by kicking his soccer ball, kathy counts her fingers, and Mr. Tenagain counts Tosha's ten little toes on her "Pretty little feet".
