This was the first instructional video that I saw, but I believe that it is one of the best. Filled with highlights from competitive tournament play, computer animation, and shots from different camera angles, this video is helpful to understand the different spins and strokes used to master the game. That's all I have to say about this video. It's USEFUL. REALLY REALLY useful. It has several levels of explanations, different visual approachs, wonderful videos, wonderful footage from actual international competitions. It's complete and USEFUL. You'll learn a lot of new table tennis tricks. I highly recommend it!
Rating: - Helpful tips and animated graphics
For me, the best parts were the tips about the best times (high/low, soon/late) to make contact against various types of shots, and also the computer-generated animated graphics in the parts about generating and dealing with spin.
Watching it helped my game more than a new sheet of rubber!
