This is the first exercise video that I have been able to follow and keep doing (I am a bit uncoordinated). Tamilee provides excellent instruction and good motivation without being too corny. The routine goes by quickly (almost too fast) and I can feel the burn in my lower body when I am finished. I really like the video and I am able to do the routine twice a week without dreading it. This video works wonders for beginners. It adds a little bit of challenge for the people who want it too. I also liked the wonderful fitness advice Tamilee Webb gives the workout audience. This is a workout tape for women and men as well. :-)
Rating: - Nice and easy way to tone up.
Tammi really works your "buns" and I got terrific results in about three months.
I also walk two miles a day. Both the walking and using the tape daily helped me look better in my clothes.
