Someone had stated that the material in this video was outdated...It also wasn't a movie or entertainment show. It was an educational show made for television and aired in 1988 while the cold war was still in full swing. Seeing these American children and Russian children all getting along while their countries fought over everything under the sun and the thing we were all most afraid of was each other is wonderful. If you want your child to have an independent non=conforming attitude I suggest these materials!! Free to be....you and Me, ALSO VERY GOOD! Get them and your kids will enjoy them VERY MUCH!!!

This video is a total piece of crap. I have not shown it to my child either. How could Marlo Thomas have been associated with this boring, dated, stupid tape?

This was a horrible video. If you think you are purchasing something to the equivalent of Free To Be You and Me, you are SADLY mistaken. Worst video I've seen and refuse to show it to my child. I have not been this disappointed in a LONG time. Waste of film!!!!!
