Rating:  - a really thorough and challenging practice
I was first introduced to this tape in high school and let me tell you, I wore this tape out! I will freely admit that as a 16-year old, what drew me towards this was my natural flexibility and balance, so I felt like I'd finally found something that embraced my specific physical gifts, but I got into amazing shape with this class.

Rating: - Still the best yoga tape -- why not on DVD?
I got the VHS tape when it first came out from HBO and used it so much I wore it out. Since then I've tried many others, but the beauty, grace and tranquility of this presentation combines with the calmness of Raquel's voice and frequent reassurances to coax my body into better flexibility and core strength than anything else I've tried. I really don't want to pay over $30 for another VHS tape. Please, Amazon, champion us fans and find a way to bring us this presentation in DVD.

Like most I to bought this back in the 80's, it was the first yoga I had ever done, I loved it so much I went to Calif. and took a yoga teachers class. Since then I do yoga every now and then at home. I have 4 of this tape, 4 because I never want to not have this one tape. I really think it is the best one made, thank you Raquel for changing my life for the better. yoga seems to be a way of life it gets in your blood, I only wish Ms. Welch would make another yoga tape.

this is the third time i have purchased this same video... it is the best yoga tape that ive done... learning the poses with raquel works...been doing them on/off for 20+ years, keep going back to her video... it is a kind/ but challenging workout for your body whether you are in shape or not.

I bought the companion book first and then the tape. I came here hoping to now find this on DVD. Raquel got me started on yoga and I've been doing it now for the past 20+ years. I have many other yoga books and tapes but I always go back to this one. She was way ahead of her time.
