If you like 1970s sex comedies, then this is for you. There were tons of butterfly collars and too much makeup here. The main character Xaviera is clearly an imitation of Joan Collins, even as this is pre-"Dynasty." Many may not like her voice, but I found it vampy and appealing. I'm still imitating it as I type this review. Speaking of imitations, this film must have influenced "Dr. Detroit," "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas," and even "The Birdcage."
