I love this movie.It is definitely worth watching.A must see for any true romance fan.I will continue to enjoy this over and over.I do hope that it will be released on dvd.It deserves to be enjoyed by everyone for a long time.

We saw this movie when it first came out. We just wanted to see it again. It was on VHS so that was different for us. But it still had the same appeal to it. Action/Romance.

Rating: - One of the best Vietnam films made
Both my husband (a Vietnam combat vet, 1967) and I love this film and it's one of our all-time favorites. To begin, it's just a really good story which pulls you right into all the action. It quite realistically depicts the war and the various relationships and life in a war zone (my husband found it quite authentic), and best of all it's a wonderful, rich love story with an ending which takes my breath away every single time I watch it. Rating: - One of my favorites!
I have always been a Ken Wahl fan but this movie goes beyond that. Why they don't put it on DVD has always been a mystery to me. There is even some very realistic feeling Vietnam footage in the film (yes, I was there). My wife and I both like this movie. Anyone who likes a good love story can't help but like this film.
