Excellent textbook on expressive arts therapies, covering quite a range of them. of course, because it covers a whole range, it's not in depth with each but it definitely introduces each element quite well for what it is. It broadened my understanding of expressive therapies.

I use expressive arts with my own clients and found this book to be a very powerful resource. Each expressive arts therapies are explained and there are examples of each modality through different therapist working with patients or clients of their own. Very well-written and organized.
