Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Very normal and useful advise, and an easy read!
I'm halfway through the book and already recommended it to others. A good amount of the 1st half discusses various psychological issues and how to both understand and address them (which you may or may not care for). He also gives good, practical advise on how to maximize sleep and its effect on moods.

Very practical, nice illustrative stories and a quick flow.

If you are looking to be in more control of your moods, this book is worth a read.
