I cannot imagine a more relavant book for busy pastors than this. There is condensed wisdom to be found here from those who have obviously wrestled with the many issues that face us these days. The editors asume that faithfulness to scripture regarding manhood and womanhood is itself 'leadership'. For this approach many will be grateful.
