Rating: - An Oldie But Goodie
Recently, I went back to doing some of my older Denise Austin videos to see whether I could increase my strength and stamina as I approach the dreaded "60 year mark". The newer DVD's just weren't working for me -- there always seemed to be something missing. Within two weeks of starting Totally Firm, I began to see AND feel a difference in strength and definition by using 5 lb. weights. Rating: - a great way to start
Keeps you motivated while taking you through the workout. Not so boring that you lose interest
Rating: - Poor video quality, but good beginner workout.
The quality of the video is grainy and sometimes rolls, but the workout is a good place for beginners to start. If she did more than 1 set of the repetitions, it could be better for more advanced exercisers. There is a variety for each body part, so that is a plus, but not enough to make major changes.
Rating: - A Great Start
I bought this video to get a jump on my weight loss. It has a slow and controlable pace which makes it great for beginners to intermediates. Denise is motivating, speakig to the camera as if she were really your personal trainer. I find this video especially helpful for legs and arms, but it does give a complete body workout and promises resuts in 6 weeks, but I think you will feel better and tighter in just a week. I highly recommend this video.

Weight-lifting on my own was TOO boring, and I can't fit in visits to the health club with my household responsibilities, so I thought I'd try this video. It has been wonderful! I love having someone talk me through this arduous routine ... Read More
