When I picked up this book, I was in the process of trying to pickup the pieces of a broken heart. I had read other books by Michelle and she had always managed to help me when it seemed no one else could get through. I was not amazed at her honesty because if you read her books enough you will understand that to be how Michelle is. I am reading this book as I am going through a rough spot in my life and I found it to be very helpful. For anyone going through a "rough spot" this book can help. For every emotion that you may feel, Michelle has written about it. There is also a coresponding prayer (which I felt was helpful and needed). I am sure I will refer back many times during future "rough spot" to come.
