This is book is terrific! Written in a lively manner, Jay Carty specifically in detail gives practical Biblical suggestions for "stomping on" sin. The "polar bear alert" alone is worth the price of the book. If you are a Christian and you think you already know "the basics", this is a great "next step" book on how to fight the daily temptation we all face in our lives.
