This collection of sermons are beautiful in the way they are written, and deserving of a wide and far reading. Augustine, in my opinion, is the greatest of writers of the Early Church Fathers, maybe only being matched by Chrysostom. This collection is very easy to read, and because they were sermons, each selection is a nice length, perfect for devotions during the Advent and Christmas seasons.
