Each volume is illustrated with portraits of eminent men, including the Presidents of the United States, supplemented by between one and two thousand vignette portraits from original drawings by Jacques Reich and several hundred views of birthplaces, residences, monuments and tombs famous in history. A subject, place and fullname index, which encompasses all six volumes, is included at the end of each volume. Volumes 1-3, Aaron-Lockwood, are featured on the first CD-ROM; Volumes 4-6, Lodge-Zurita, are featured on the second.
