Rating: - Enjoyable, but scattered
I have enjoyed the book so far and have found many things I wasn't doing. With that being said, I felt that the chapters were very scattered. It seems like they had a good thought, but it isn't clearly written.
I have read many of John's books and this one doesn't have his usual flow. It seems that his co-author did the majority of the writing and John just added a blurb in at the end of the chapter.
I enjoyed John Maxwell's leadership books better.

I've been a fan of other John Maxwell books; this book let me down. First the reading of the author was painful to listen too. A different reading style would have made this more enjoyable to listen to. Second, there's a lot of overlap between the material in this book and other Maxwell books.

This is an awesome audio book. I saw John Maxwell talk about this new book of his on the Joyce Meyer show and was compelled to get a copy for myself. It was awesome. I listened to it twice and then gave it to a friend with instructions to give it back so I could listen to it again. My friend kept listening to it over and over and still hasn't given it back.
