I appreciate the idea and originality of the film, but it just didn't work for me. One of the big problems is that Lorenzo Lamas is not all that good of a martial arts actor (not that you have to be great, but this guy is as wooden as they come). I think Alexander deserves a little more credit than this guy gives.

Alright, not many people would expect much from such a movie starring Lorenxo Lamas in the first place. If that's how you feel this isn't disappointing at all.
The story is some cobbled-together hokum about a cop who has dreams about a swordfight in togas, wins fencing tournaments, and can see through the eyes of a dead person the last seconds of his life by touching his blood.
