Product Description:
The Thirteenth edition of Grant's Dissector restores this renowned anatomy lab manual to its original purpose, which is to serve as a step-by-step manual for dissection procedures. This new edition features a more streamlined approach to cadaver dissection, focusing on more accurate, specific, and clear steps. The overall number of pages and figures has been reduced, reflecting a general trend toward fewer contact hours in the gross anatomy lab.

Very awesome book to get for anatomy. Has helped my lab group and me a lot during the dissection of the human body.
Rating: - book's details helped me with lab and lecture
I don;t know why this book has low scoring reviews because each time I used it before going into lab, i learned SO much. I learned many practical tips that were presented in a more interesting way than my class outline or other books. I thought it was really helpful in understanding the material in general and in prep for the lab specifically.

This dissector is concise and to the point of what you need to dissect on the human body for gross anatomy. I also like it because it gives clinical correlations and describes areas of the body that might be obscure in understanding. It also refers you to plates in the leading human anatomy atlases for reference.

My daughter needed this book for gross anatomy class in medical school. She says it is the perfect study book.
Rating: - Good guide...needs more pictures though
It has been a very good guide to our dissection though it would be nice to have more pictures to aid in identifying the different muscles.
