Lots of diagrams to depict and explain ideas given for learners! Also, it offers some examples for them to practice. If you're looking for a biology textbook, this book is the best choice!

I used this book for my A'level exams, it was such a helpful and informative book. Even now,I still find it very useful; which as we all know is not typical for most texts. I recently bought a new copy & put the old one to REST. Yes! Because this book is sooooo big - expect it to fall apart!

Rating: - Outstanding Biological Reference Text
I first encountered this book when I was studying for a course in Biology, it proved to be the biologists companion to me. I found that the information in this book was complete and covered a wide range of subjects. The language usage is not to complex so as to allow biologists of all standards be able to comprehend what was acutally being said.
