Rating:  - A Classic!
My son is 14 months old and LOVES this book. No matter what he's doing or if he's in a bad mood, I can always distract him with this. I loved it so much that I bought all the other books in the series (Sleep, Smile, Hugs & Kisses, Peek-a-Boo, Splash). He loves them all!
Rating:  - Cute and Enjoyable
My daughter (12 months) enjoys this book. We read it at least once a day, sometimes more. The photos are cute and the words that go along it is catchy. The pictures are not as muddy as described by another reviewer. Yes, the food is smeared on the face and is contrived, but not disgusting. Maybe, I'm jsut more tolerant. Who knows? The only criticism I have is that this book only have five spreads and I wish it had more.

I'd have to disagree with the other reviewers below. My daughter is 14 months old and she LOVES this book! She loves looking at all the babies and pointing out their noses and eyes. This book made me search for others like it. I wasn't at all "repulsed" by any of the photographs! If your baby doesn't look like this at least once after a meal in his/her lifetime than there must be a problem. Rating:  - Revolting- Skip it!
The previous reviewer had it right on. You would think that they couldn't make pictures of a baby revolting, but this book succeeds in doing just that! Very unappealing photography as well: the color in the photos is very muddy and cheaply done. And the pictures themselves are just disgusting! My 11 month old daughter, who usually delights in looking at other babies, had no interest in this book. This one should be taken off of the market!

I ordered four Baby Faces books from eBay and was really excited about getting them. However, I'm relisting them immediately due to huge disappointment. My husband couldn't even look at the book the pictures are so disgusting.
This book isn't about babies eating. This book is about babies with smeared food all over their faces which was clearly done intentionally by the photographers. I don't know about you, but I don't really think it's cute when a baby that isn't mine has unknown food ... Read More
