Product Description:
Can't wait for the next installment of the Pants? Check out the SPECIAL EDITION of The Second Summer of the Sisterhood, in stores now!
Inside you'll find an exclusive 'Who's Your Soul Mate Quiz' and a sneak peak at the third book, Girls in Pants.

With a bit of last summer's sand in the pockets, the Traveling Pants and the Sisterhood that wears them embark on their 16th summer.

Bridget: Impulsively sets off for Alabama, wanting to both confront her demons about her family and avoid them all at once.

Lena: Spends a blissful week with Kostos, making the unexplainable silence that follows his visit even more painful.

Carmen: Is concerned that her mother is making a fool of herself over a man. When she discovers that her mother borrowed the Pants to wear on a date, she's certain of it.

Tibby: Not about to spend another summer working at Wallman's, she takes a film course only to find it's what happens off-camera that teaches her the most.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - its a good sequel
this is a great sequel to the sisterhood of the traveling pants. i like "Bee" better in this one. its really good and if you read the first one then you have to read this one.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great book!
This was a really awesome book. I didn't like it as much as the first one though. I didn't find Tibby to be very interesting in this book or the last one. Briget was my favorite both times because I never know what is coming next with her. I really did enjoy the book though.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The Second Summer of the Sisterhood
I finished The Second Summer of the Sisterhood by Ann Brashares yesterday. It is the sequel to The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (yes, the movie based on this novel will be out June 1). It is considered Young Adult fiction and maybe I'm really intune with my inner teenager but I really identified with a lot of the themes in this novel. (Actually I think I would call it ChickLit for teens.) Like the first in this series, the four friends, Bridget, Carmen, Lena, and Tibby (short for Tabitha) are ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This book is great!
"The Second summer, while breezy and fun to read, deals seriously with love lost and found, death, and finding the courage to live honestly", says Emily of Newark. This absolutely sums up Ann Brashare's second novel, "The Second Summer of the Sisterhood." This book is outstanding by anyone's standards.
The main characters Lena, Tibby, Carmen, and Bridget learn valuable lessons that are neither age nor gender specific. So much so, in fact, that most people who read the book would probably ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - great book
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a great sequel to the original, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. What makes this book so unique is the fact that there are four main characters unlike most books with only one main character, so the reader can really connect with at least one of the characters. The four main characters are Tibby, Carmen, Bee, and Lena, who are four teenagers that are true best friends. Each girl is going through something different than the others. Tibby is working ...
