Rating: - Mysterious happenings at the zoo while walking the dog
This is a picture book in the very best sense. His owner takes little Moby for a walk through the nighttime zoo, and the animals get out and wreak havoc while the pair saunter blithely on. It's a wonder of illustration: the story is told almost entirely in silhouette, and the minimal text only underscores the sense of marvel and mystery as wild things flow out into the world. An unknown classic.
